A part of the Building Science program, this 16 undergraduate student cohort each academic year enters into a Design/Build project from beginning to finish. The initial funding for this integrative design curriculum was through a National Science Foundation TUES Grant. The curricula creates a truly hands-on experience better preparing students with real-world skills and readiness. A similar IDEX group exists for graduate students as well.
